Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Low Observable Systems) to scale LO material/coatings production and own MRB dispositioning. You will collaborate across Design, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and in-process control.

The role requires hands-on floor work, AS9100/ISO 9001 experience, and a security clearance. Candidate should have a relevant engineering degree and 3+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• MRB process exposure and disposition experience.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge and use of quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain LO manufacturing processes for coatings and RAM/RAS.
• Lead MRB activities including root-cause investigations and dispositioning nonconforming material.
• Create WIs, process specs, travelers, and inspection criteria for LO coatings.
