HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Portland, ME is seeking an energetic Lounge Server to deliver exceptional service in our hotel lounge. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, with a flexible schedule that covers evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hotel experience is a plus and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus; combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required - with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A warm, professional demeanor reflecting HVMG's Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of our hotel's lounge, providing exceptional service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and inviting lounge environment.
• Report to the Lounge Supervisor or Beverage Manager.
