HVMG is seeking an energetic M-Club Attendant to deliver outstanding service in our M-Club lounge. You will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.

We are looking for an energetic and personable M-Club Attendant to provide exceptional service in our M-Club area. In this role, you'll take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages relaxation and enjoyment. The ideal candidate is attentive, knowledgeable about menu offerings, and passionate about delivering a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the friendly face of our hotel's lounge, providing exceptional service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
• Your daily tasks will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting lounge environment.
• You will report to the Lounge Supervisor or Beverage Manager.
• A career as a lounge server can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as restaurant server, bartender, or even food and beverage management positions.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
