Job summary

Boston Marriott Burlington is seeking a lounge attendant to welcome guests, create a relaxing lounge atmosphere, and maintain MClub presentations. You will keep the lounge clean and well stocked while delivering personalized service.

We value a positive, outgoing personality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience helps but is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
