Job summary

Boston Marriott Burlington is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms. You will provide information about hotel amenities and the local area while maintaining a clean, inviting entrance and supporting a high‑performing team.

The role requires one year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive hotel vehicles.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months, and the ability to drive and retrieve hotel vehicles.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Pleasant, helpful personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with a desire to make a positive impact on guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.

Compensation

$19.00 – $19.00 per hour.
