Job summary

White Lodging is hiring servers to greet guests, seat them, and ensure an exceptional dining experience in our hospitality venues. You will manage reservations, coordinate with the team, and help maintain a welcoming entry and dining area.

A professional appearance and strong menu knowledge are essential. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication, the ability to work in a high-volume environment, and availability on weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring dining satisfaction.

• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Know menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Process all payment methods and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
