White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the successful setup, service, and cleanup of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

You will oversee lounge operations, serve as a knowledgeable host about menus and items, and maintain a clean, attractive space that enhances guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and sociable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• A passion for service with a can-do attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
