Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest services and coordinate reservations, transportation, and local information. You will represent the hotel with a polished presence and assist guests in a variety of needs to ensure a memorable stay.

Daily duties include greeting guests, handling requests, and maintaining lounge areas while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Positive, can-do attitude with team-player mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for guest requests and issues.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads (10 lb) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with the highest quality service, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Assist guests with reservations, information, and transportation arrangements.
• Know hotel services and local area; answer questions with thoughtful recommendations.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain the lounge.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Be an ambassador by maintaining a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with any special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services. Accurately answer any guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Help to resolve any guest complaints or concerns that come your way.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and clean the lounge as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
