Job summary

White Lodging in Milwaukee is seeking a guest-focused Concierge to provide the highest quality service to guests, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations. You’ll assist with reservations, hotel information, and transportation, while developing knowledge of local services and surroundings.

This role requires an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and a can-do, team mindset. You’ll maintain a neat appearance, build positive relationships, and support guests with food and beverage

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with the highest quality of service, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Assist guests with reservations, hotel information, and transportation arrangements.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services and local area to answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly.
• Assist with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain its cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and serve as an ambassador for the establishment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with any special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services. Accurately answer any guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Help to resolve any guest complaints or concerns that come your way.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and clean the lounge as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
