Intralot, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Operator to handle inbound and outbound calls from Lottery retailers, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate on-site technician dispatches. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Must learn and explain complex systems to non-technical customers while maintaining accuracy. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with preference for call center exposure and familiarity with tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related customer service experience, preferably in a technical call center.
• Call tracking system experience preferred.

Responsibilities
