Job summary
Cox Enterprises is seeking a Lot Operations Supervisor at the Grove City, OH site. You will supervise daily lot activities, manage check-in and lane workflows, and coordinate vehicle movement from arrival to sale lanes while ensuring quality service and safety.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and collaboration with multiple departments to keep operations efficient and compliant. On-site work and comprehensive benefits are included.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED with 5 years related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 3 years experience.
- Master's degree with 1 year experience or PhD with up to 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily lot operations for efficient pre/post sale workflow.
- Supervise lot drivers, check-in staff, lane captains and others.
- Coordinate vehicle movement from check-in to sale lanes and parking areas.
- Provide customer service to resolve issues; inspect lot equipment.
- Monitor lot safety and partner with Operations Manager on problems.
- Schedule vehicles for sale with Reconditioning, Check-in, Factory and Fleet.
