Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years of related experience, or
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of related experience, or
• Master’s Degree with up to 2 years of related experience, or
• Ph.D. with up to 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lot operations daily to ensure efficient operations before and after sale.
• Supervise daily operation of the vehicle check-in area and coordinate activities of lot staff and drivers.
• Ensure efficient lot operations by coordinating vehicle movement from check-in to sale lanes.
• Supervise vehicle check-in, stocking, numbering and parking in proper areas.
• Provide quality service and interact with customers to resolve problems.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and ensure proper functioning.
