Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related work experience.
• Any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience.
• 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of the vehicle check-in area by leading and coordinating drivers.
• Ensure efficient lot operation by coordinating vehicle movement from check-in to sale staging.
• Oversee incoming vehicles to be received, stocked-in, numbered and parked correctly.
• Provide quality service and interact with customers to resolve problems.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and ensure it is functional.
• Supervise lot operations staff: schedules, workflows, duties, and accuracy.
