Qualifikationen

• High School diploma and five years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's or higher preferred with related experience.
• Experience in automobile industry or the Auction business.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Competent supervisory and organizational skills.
• Experienced computer and software knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.
• OSHA/EPA regulations knowledge preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 1–30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of multiple operational areas, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and direct employees, assign work, monitor progress, and address operational needs.
• Manage counseling and disciplining employees as necessary.
• Direct lot operations to ensure vehicles are properly staged and moved safely.
• Assist Mechanic Shop Manager with daily shop operations and workload coordination.
• Monitor processes to ensure SOP compliance and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and safety.
• Ensure staffing and resources meet daily needs.
• Maintain clear communication with management and staff on priorities and safety.
