Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years related experience or
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years related experience or Master’s degree with up to 2 years related experience.
• Experience in automobile industry or Auction business; strong communication and supervisory skills; proficient with standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of multiple operational areas in the Lot Operations.
• Supervise and coach employees; assign work, monitor progress, and address operational needs.
• Lead safety and environmental activities; promote safe working conditions and enforce SOPs.
• Ensure vehicles are staged, organized, and moved safely across the lot and sale lanes.
