ADESA is hiring for a Lot Operations role to support vehicle staging, movement, and readiness at our Reno-area location. You will work with the driver team to keep inventory flowing and ensure accurate records throughout sale day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lot Operations support by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including labeling and moving vehicles with tow trucks or forklifts, and operating the service truck to assist the driver team.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by scanning the lot and recording vehicle movements using electronic devices.
• Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as checking fluids, tires, and battery status while maintaining organized lots.
• Handle removal of personal property from vehicles and support efficient flow from check-in to auction sale line.
• Coordinate with shop and operations teams to maintain a smooth process and timely completion of sale day activities.
• Offer customer service support and assist administrative teams to ensure smooth sale day execution.
• Verify vehicle mileage, year, make, and VIN to maintain accurate records and compliance.
• Maintain safe work areas and report hazards or incidents to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
