ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks associates to support lot movements, vehicle readiness, and inventory accuracy at multiple locations. You will operate service trucks and forklifts, stage vehicles for sale, and ensure proper documentation for each unit.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lot Operations Support: Prepare and stage vehicles for sale, sticker vehicles, move vehicles, and operate the service truck.
• Inventory Accuracy: Scan the lot and record vehicle movements using electronic devices.
• Vehicle Readiness: Jump start vehicles, add fluids and air, verify status, and keep lot organized.
• Property Management: Remove personal property from vehicles.
• Operational Flow: Coordinate with shop and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Customer & Admin Support: Provide customer service and coordinate with admin teams.
• Vehicle Identification: Confirm mileage, year, make, and VIN for records.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain safe work areas and report hazards.
• General Duties: Any other duties assigned by the manager.

Skills

Valid driver's license
