Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks a on-site Lot Operations Associate in Boise to support lot movements and general operations. You will drive and operate the service truck, tow truck, and forklift to ensure inventory readiness for sale day, while maintaining accurate records and vehicle status.

The role requires ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with shop and admin teams to optimize the sale process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating service trucks, forklifts, and the tow truck.

Responsibilities

• Lot Operations Support: prepare and stage vehicles for sale, sticker, move with tow truck or forklift, operate service truck.
• Inventory accuracy: scan the lot and record vehicle movements.
• Vehicle readiness: jump vehicles, add fluids, air tires, verify status.
• Property management: remove personal property from vehicles.
• Operational flow: communicate with shop and operations for efficient inventory flow.
• Customer & Admin Support: provide customer service and coordinate with admin teams.
• Vehicle Identification: verify mileage, make year, and VIN for records.
• Safety & Maintenance: keep work areas safe and report hazards.
• General duties: perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
