Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a Lot Operations Associate to support vehicle movements and general site operations before, during, and after sale days. You will assist on the lot with driving the service truck, tow trucks, and forklift to maintain accurate inventory and vehicle readiness.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and precise record-keeping, including mileage/VIN verification, fluid checks, tire pressure, and coordination with shop and admin teams for a smooth sale-day

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely drive a variety of vehicle types, including tow trucks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickering and marking.
• Move vehicles using lot tow truck or forklift and operate the service truck to support the driver team.
• Record vehicle movements and verify mileage, VIN, and vehicle status to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as adding fluids, checking tires, and maintaining organization.
• Coordinate with shop and operations teams to ensure a smooth flow from check-in to sale line.
• Provide customer and administrative support to ensure efficient sale-day activities.
