ADESA is seeking a motivated team member to operate and move vehicles on the auction lot, staging them for sale and coordinating with leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Safe Operations: Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative driving habits.
• Vehicle Staging: Support efficient lot flow and ensure vehicles are positioned accurately to meet needs.
• Operational Support: Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in designated lot areas.
• Efficiency: Move vehicles from the finish line to designated parking spots using alphanumeric ordering.
• Inventory Tracking: Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain inventory.
• Maintenance: Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain safe work areas and report incidents or hazards.
• Policy Adherence: Follow procedures for accidents, injuries, or property damage and laws.
• Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned.
