Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II in Riverside to orient and direct the daily activities of drivers and shift crews. This on-site role requires coordinating vehicle movement, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic lot environment.

The position offers hourly compensation in a range based on location and experience, with potential incentives, and requires a valid driver's license and HS diploma or higher. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years' related field experience, or 5 years' related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers regarding job duties and direct work of employees.
• Maintain log of stock numbers and vehicle locations; ensure proper vehicle flow.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
• Manage vans and transport drivers to locations; ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Shuttle employees to parking lots on sale days and to remote sites.
• Pick-up/drop-off employees and Auction personnel to/from various locations.
• Perform daily maintenance and checks of vans and service vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence initiatives.
• Lead the team at the location; uphold Cox/Manheim values and respect.
• Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
