Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a higher degree or certification with 5 years of related discipline experience.
• Safe driver status and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor in assigning work.
• Coordinate vehicle flow and maintain a log of stock numbers and lot locations.
• Schedule and communicate assignments to crew members.
• Manage vans and transport drivers to locations and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs.
• Provide transportation to employees and parked vehicles at remote sites and auction sites.
• Perform daily van maintenance and safety checks and follow safety procedures.
• Lead the location team and enforce company policies and duties as assigned.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
