Job summary

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and assist in assigning work.
• Coordinate vehicle flow, track stock numbers and lot locations, and communicate schedules to crew.
• Manage vans and transport staff to locations; ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure safe operation of vehicles.
• Lead the location team and uphold Cox/Manheim values; enforce policies.
• Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
