Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to deliver friendly, high‑quality service outdoors. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and help keep the area clean and secure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. OT eligibility applies, with schedule potentially including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in 3 years.
• Background check required and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and assist guests.
• Monitor the lot and maintain a clean, presentable area.
• Issue tickets and process payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and record vehicle details.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely and per policy.
• Communicate with team using radios and maintain professional demeanor.
