Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor to help deliver a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and maintain cleanliness, often outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, adherence to policies, and reliable attendance, with opportunities to participate in training and scheduling support. Must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork responsibly.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to policy.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Use radios appropriately, stay in contact with the team, and support a positive work environment.
