Positive, helpful attitude and customer-service experience preferred.
Ability to perform essential duties and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
Security and compliance: check lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles parked per policy.
Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning.
Customer service: help guests with payments and questions with a friendly attitude.
Teamwork and communication: use radios, stay connected with team.
Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
Additional duties: attend training, adapt to scheduling needs.
