Parking Management Company seeks a Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. The role includes directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure, outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key duties include ticketing and payments, reporting and documentation, and general administrative support to maintain records. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Background check must be completed and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records of parked cars.
• Security & compliance: monitor lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles parked per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios, stay in contact with team, support positive work environment.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrives on time, follows policies, maintains professional appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
