Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe parking experience. This role involves directing traffic, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean, secure lot outdoors in all weather.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work outside with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position includes benefits and overtime where applicable.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Ticketing & Payments – Issue tickets, handle payments accurately.
• Reporting & Documentation – Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue.
• Administrative Support – Label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
• Security & Compliance – Check lot regularly, report unsafe activity, ensure proper parking.
• Lot Maintenance – Keep area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service – Help guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork & Communication – Use radios and stay in contact with the team.
• Professionalism & Attendance – Be punctual, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional Duties – Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
