Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Lot Manager for ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas. You will ensure vehicle inventory, advertising, banners and the area grounds are kept in prime condition and that vehicles are prepared promptly for customer delivery. The role emphasizes maintaining a neat showroom and on-lot displays.

We emphasize customer experience, address concerns promptly, and support ordering of supplies and maintenance. Qualifications include a high school diploma and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; 18+ years required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, advertising, banners, and area grounds in prime condition.
• Prepare vehicles promptly for customer delivery.
• Keep showroom clean and displays updated with marketing materials.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Handle supplies ordering and equipment maintenance
• Monitor customers on lot to ensure smooth buying experience
• Other duties as assigned

Ensure that all vehicle inventory, advertising, banners and area grounds are kept in prime condition. Ensure that all vehicles are prepared promptly and effectively for all customer delivery. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the showroom environment, including banners and other marketing materials, as well as the vehicles on display. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly. Address and resolve all concerns surrounding ordering of supplies and maintenance of equipment used by team. Remain aware of all customers on lot and ensure their customer buying experience is progressing as expected. Other duties as assigned
