Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA is seeking an onsite Detailer to clean and maintain vehicles. The role involves cleaning interiors and exteriors, inspecting for cleanliness and damage, and maintaining cleaning equipment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of automotive detailing experience, knowledge of car care products, and a valid driver's license. The position requires physical stamina, reliability, and adherence to safety standards while working with cleaning

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive detailing experience.
• Must meticulously inspect and clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles, addressing every nook and cranny.
• Knowledge of car care products, cleaning tools, and techniques including waxing, polishing, interior detailing, and stain removal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply inventories and monitor cleaning equipment for proper operation.
• Perform cleaning on vehicles using cleaning supplies and equipment (brushes, vacuums, etc.).
• Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and masking materials to preserve and restore interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
• Clean engine and engine compartments.

Dealership: L0056 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri Cities Detailer Pay: $21 per flat rate hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm Department Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday This position is onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Reliability and Punctuality: Being ready to work and showing up on time is critical in maintaining service and meeting customer expectations.
• Attention to Safety: Understanding the safe handling of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment is crucial to prevent damage to vehicles or injury.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

Total Rewards Flat rate pay for this role is $21 per flagged hour. Earning range is $18-$25 flat rate. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
