Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Lot Coordinator to manage vehicle intake, inspect new units, and maintain accurate inventory. You will prepare auction loads and coordinate movement of vehicles to support upcoming auctions.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an outdoor, on-site environment. You’ll operate within a team that emphasizes DRIVEN values and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be attentive to details.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Windows).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Disciplined and routine-oriented, yet adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Receive new vehicles.
• Inspect new vehicles for damage.
• Update and maintain vehicle inventory.
• Create auction loads for carriers.
• Assist with auction preparation to ensure vehicles are shipped.
• Move used vehicles to the auction lot.

As the Lot Coordinator, you will receive and check in new vehicles to ensure there is no damage. You will also update vehicle inventory and assist with moving vehicles for auction.
