Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a Lot Coordinator to manage vehicle intake, inspection, and inventory updates. You will create auction loads for carriers and assist with shipment preparation, ensuring accurate tracking of all lot movements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently outdoors on-site. We offer stability, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the SAS family.

Responsibilities

• Receive new vehicles.
• Inspect new vehicles for damage.
• Update and maintain vehicle inventory.
• Create auction loads for carriers.
• Assist with auction preparation to ensure vehicles are shipped.
• Move used vehicles to the auction lot.

As the Lot Coordinator, you will receive and check in new vehicles to ensure there is no damage. You will also update vehicle inventory and assist with moving vehicles for auction.

Lot Coordinator Qualifications and Skills

Lot Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include

• 70% of the time this job will be completed while sitting.
