Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor in Massachusetts to oversee external and internal theft deterrence, investigations, and shortage control. You will train and supervise LP staff, partner with store leadership and law enforcement, and drive programs to protect profit and customer safety.

You will analyze trends, implement awareness initiatives, and conduct audits to ensure policy compliance while maintaining strong customer service standards across the store.

Responsibilities

• Identify external and internal theft trends within assigned location(s).
• Execute theft prevention strategies, including deterring theft and internal investigations to reduce exposure.
• Implement store awareness programs that address theft, safety, inventory and shortage control.
• Effectively identify and communicate potential shortage opportunities to all leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and physical security inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Create a culture of honesty and control within the store.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention Associates; lead officers and specialists at select locations.
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
