• Execute theft prevention strategies and investigations to reduce exposure.
• Implement store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory and shortage control.
• Communicate potential shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and security inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and train Loss Prevention staff; supervise officers and specialists at select locations.
• Maintain customer service awareness and represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings when needed.
