Job summary

UNIQLO Loss Prevention Supervisor at our Williamsburg location reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager. The role focuses on safety, inventory management and shortage reduction across stores within the assigned area in New York.

Responsibilities include training staff on LP policies, identifying and detaining shoplifters, and supporting audits and investigations. Requires travel, strong communication, and knowledge of relevant laws.

Qualifications

• Experience with loss prevention policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Experience with surveillance/security equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies.
• Identify and detain shoplifters following company guidelines.
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Lead awareness efforts and investigations.
• Support inventory management and shortage reduction.
