Job summary

UNIQLO Loss Prevention is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Agent in Newark, DE to safeguard customers and employees, manage inventory, and reduce shortages. The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, serving as a safety advocate in the store environment.

The candidate will train staff, identify risks, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen the LP culture while maintaining confidentiality and supporting audits and special projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Security Software, CCTV, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Ability to travel to stores within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies and standards.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters following company guidelines.
• Lead awareness efforts and generate leads for internal investigations.
• Manage inventory and conduct audits to reduce shortages.
• Collaborate with store leadership to strengthen LP culture.
