Job summary

UNIQLO Loss Prevention at Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. seeks a Supervisor to oversee safety, inventory control and shortage reduction at our New York World Trade Center location.

The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and acts as a key protection specialist for the store. Responsibilities include training the team on policies, identifying security risks, leading investigations, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with security software and CCTV systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law related to loss prevention.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and installations.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters per company guidelines.
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Lead awareness campaigns and contribute to internal investigations.
• Focus on inventory accuracy and shortage reduction.
