Job summary

UNIQLO in Culver City, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to protect assets, ensure a safe environment, and minimize shortages across stores. Reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager for daily guidance and priorities.

Responsibilities include training store teams on policies, conducting investigations, patrolling the sales floor, preparing incident reports, and supporting audits. A HS diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer applications incl. security software, CCTV, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledge of surveillance/security equipment and installations.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures and standards; notify management of violations.
• Assist store and loss prevention management with investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol the store and post in designated areas per direction of Loss Prevention Manager.
• Identify shortage risks and service customers per company standards.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, injury, theft, cash handling and shortage; review daily with LP Manager.
• Identify inventory shortages and work with LP management on solutions.
• Identify safety or loss risks and notify management to prevent accidents.
• Support LP management with audits and inventory counts.
• Maintain full confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
