Job summary

UNIQLO Loss Prevention is seeking a Supervisor to lead safety, inventory control and shortage reduction across stores in the Washington, DC area. The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and requires strong security knowledge and supervisory skills.

The ideal candidate will train teams, identify loss risks, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen the LP culture while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security operations.
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment and installations.
• Ability to travel to stores within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters following company guidelines.
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates to support LP efforts.
• Lead awareness and investigations, focusing on inventory accuracy and shortage reduction.
• Coordinate with LP Manager and store leadership to ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct store visits to verify safety and loss-prevention practices and provide training.
