Job summary

Uniqlo Loss Prevention in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to protect shoppers and staff while reducing shortages. You will train teammates, identify shoplifting, and partner with LP and Store Managers to uphold policy and safety.

The role requires proficiency with security software and surveillance equipment, strong communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid travel to stores is required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledge of surveillance/security equipment and installations.

Responsibilities

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures and standards.
• Identify and detain shoplifters following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to reduce shortages and safeguard inventory.
• Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Support audits and inventory counts and report safety or loss risks.
