Job summary

UNIQLO Loss Prevention Supervisor at the Union Square store focuses on maintaining a safe shopping environment, inventory management and shrink reduction. You will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, supporting protection efforts and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of security software, CCTV systems, and law, with proven communication skills and the ability to travel across stores within the area.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer applications and security software.
• Familiar with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and standards.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters per guidelines.
• Lead associate awareness and investigations, and support audits.
• Monitor inventory management and shortage reduction efforts.
• Provide direction and training to strengthen LP culture and safety.
