• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress standards during shifts.
