Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Lead to mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas while maintaining a safe shopping environment. You will train associates, report incidents, and partner with store leadership on shortage reduction programs.

You will engage customers and team members with a strong, energetic greeting and a professional presence, supporting internal controls, audits, and the semi-annual inventory process. Base pay starts at $18/hour.
