Responsibilities

• Provide deterrence to dishonest behaviors by displaying control and energetic greetings.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and strong communication with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote security and service.
• Know top shortage areas and programs to identify and reduce theft.
• Gather indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Support inventory processes and onboard training for shortage reduction programs.
• Show leadership in safety, handling stressful situations and unsafe practices.
