Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Shortage Control Lead in Florida to deter theft and safeguard shoppers and staff.

You will project a confident presence, enforce loss-prevention practices, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink while maintaining excellent customer service. You will train Shortage Control Associates, monitor risk areas, conduct store audits, support the semi-annual inventory, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas while delivering strong customer service.
• Identify and report theft indicators; support training of associates in shortage reduction.
• Assist store leadership with internal controls, audits, and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement as directed and participate in asset protection programs.
