Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Lead at our West Natick, MA location.

You will mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas, engage with customers and associates with a strong standard of customer service, and partner with store leadership to train Shortage Control Associates. Responsibilities include identifying and reporting theft, supporting investigations, and assisting in the semi-annual inventory process.

• Mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas of the store while promoting a safe and secure store environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents and support investigations with store leadership and, when needed, local authorities.
• Assist in onboarding and training of Shortage Control Associates and drive shortage education.
• Support the semi-annual inventory process and develop action plans to reduce shortage.
• Perform internal controls such as associate bag checks, monitor POS transactions, and conduct store audits.
