You will lead and train Shortage Control Associates, report incidents to leadership, and assist in inventory and asset-protection initiatives to reduce shortages across the store.

Responsibilities

• Deter theft and promote a safe store environment with strong presence.
• Assist in training and development of Shortage Control Associates.
• Identify and report theft incidents; liaise with store leadership and local law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct internal controls and store audits; monitor POS transactions.
