Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with shortage reduction programs or asset protection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by role modeling and presence.
• Maintain a safe and secure store with strong attention to detail and communication.
• Engage with customers and associates in areas with high shortage risk to promote service and security.
• Identify and reduce theft with knowledge of shortage programs and tools.
• Document indicators of external theft and support investigations with leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Support store leadership with internal controls, audits, and asset protection initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs.
• Assist in inventory preparation and action planning to reduce shortage.
• Model safety-first behaviors and manage stressful situations professionally.
