Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate theft and fraud at store entrances/exits.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible presence and friendly greetings.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure Loss Prevention directives.
• Identify theft indicators and report to leadership.
• Train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
