Ross Stores is seeking a Security Specialist to protect customers and associates while maintaining a safe shopping environment. You will monitor entrances, greet guests, and partner with store leadership to deter theft and manage risks.

Qualified candidates will have prior retail supervisory or security training, a valid security license, and strong communication skills to handle conflicts professionally and uphold Ross’s standards.

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the floor.
• Monitor for potential theft indicators and support Loss Prevention directives.
• Assist Store Leadership in compliance with company policies and minimization of shortage.
• Represent the Ross brand with professional appearance and conduct.
